Pork Pad Ka Prao

Ingredients
1 oninon, sliced veritcally
1 Jalapeno pepper, sliced
1/2 cup of sweet holy basil leaves
1 lb. ground pork
3-5 spicy chili pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
3 garlic cloves
2 kaffir lime leaves
Oil

Directions:

Marinate the ground pork well with tapioca flour and a some oil to keep it moist.

In a wok, heat oil. Add garlic and stir fry until brown.

Add pork to cook for 5 minutes or until is cooked. Stir in fish sauce chili ppers, lime leaves to cook for 2 to 3 minutes

Add in basil leaves, onion, and jalapeno pepper to mix, about 1 minute.

Best eaten with fresh steamed jasmine rice.
