Egg Pie with Ground Pork and Mushroom | ||||||
- Bring a small pot of water to boil, add in
the bean thread and boil until tender - Dip the dried woodear mushroom in warm water for 30 minutes until soft, strain, dry and mince - Cut dried woodear mushroom - Batter the eggs, add in the minced bean thread, mushroom, ground pork, salt, blackpper - Continue mixing/stiring well. Pour everything into a small steamer tray (enough to make a pie of 1 inch thick) Use a steamer and steam for 20-30 minutes until solidified.
